    Join us for an evening of exceptional game and fine dining: a five-course selection of expertly prepared wild game, seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully paired flavors.

    • First course: Wild Bluefin Tuna, brioche toast, bonito aioli, shishito relish
    • Second course: Venison Carpaccio, arugula, lemon, Parmesan, pickled shallots
    • Third course: Wild Boar Pappardelle, boar ragù, herbs, tomato, ricotta
    • Fourth course: Cassoulet paired with a smoked spirit; navy beans, duck confit, braised lamb shank, smoked pork sausage, leeks, celery root
    • Fifth course: Huckleberry Streusel, Wild Turkey ice cream
